Thank #ForganGin it’s Friday The Elderflower Collins 50ml Forgan gin 20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice 10ml sugar syrup 10ml elderflower cordial Soda water Grab that shaker, combine the Forgan gin with the lemon juice, sugar and elderflower cordial and give it a jolly good shake. Pour over ice cubes into a decent size glass and top up with your favourite sparkling water. Decorate with a sprig of your favourite herb and be prepared to bathe in a cool refreshing pool with a waterfall. If you’re feeling particularly decadent ditch the sparkling water and top with sparkling wine to make an Elderflower Royale. #ForganDistillery #ForganGin #ThankForgan

Thank #ForganGin it’s Friday A Lady Lyr Get hold of your favourite cocktail shaker, and pour in 60ml of Forgan Gin, along with 30ml of Cointreau, 30ml Fresh Lemon Juice and 1 Egg White. Dry shake all the ingredients for 15 seconds before adding a couple of ice cubes and shaking again vigorously for another 15 seconds, strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Grate some orange peel over the top and you’re good to go. I’ll be enjoying my Lady Lyr while contemplating Rachmaninov’s second piano concerto on the stereo but it goes down well with anything, just make sure it’s on vinyl. #ForganGin #cocktail #friday #chill #ThankForganItsFriday
