Thank Forgan it’s Friday The Classic Gin and Tonic Put your favourite gin glass in the freezer and leave it in there for at least 30 minutes Grab your favourite mixing glass Splash in a good amount of Angostura Bitters Roll the bitters around the inside of the glass until fully coated and discard any excess Drop plenty of ice cubes into the mixing glass Pour in a generous measure of Forgan Gin. Stir for 15-20 seconds Get your cocktail glass out of the freezer and strain your pink gin into it. Add a lemon twist ensuring the lemon oils are expelled over the top of your cocktail.
